Take the Foundation Steps towards 11th Step Meditation with Into Action Meditation.

In this 11th Meditation Class you may participate in this course on your own or with a group. We will explore and learn how to work the first 3 steps as action steps through practicing meditations using:

  • The 1st Step of meditation: Relax and Let Go of unmanageable thoughts and emotions
  • The 2nd Step of meditation: Discover our inner connection to our Higher Power to restore us to sanity
  • The 3rd Step of meditation: Make decisions to surrender our self-will to allow God’s will to flow

We will break this class into sections  and help you learn to meditate with the steps with video’s, audio guided meditations and some offline worksheets to put pen to paper to work these steps.

Course Information

Estimated Time: This meditation course is designed to assist you in applying meditation to each of the first three steps. Each lesson provides a 10-20 minute teaching video, a guided meditation, and some suggestions for follow up reading from the outside materials used in the lesson.
