How long does it take for delivery to U.S. destinations? Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. International shipments are subject to opening and inspection by custom authorities. As the importer you must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. We may provide certain order, shipment and product information with our international carriers. How long does it take for delivery to International destinations? International orders shipped by UPS will arrive in 3 to 10 days depending on the country and area shipped to within the country. International orders shipped by surface ocean freight will arrive in 2 to 8 weeks depending on the final destination. The charge for surface or airmail service is based on the weight of the package and the final destination. Returns If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, just return it within 30 days from the date of purchase, and we will offer you an exchange or refund your money. Please include a copy of your invoice or your packing slip with the returned items. Products purchased as sets must be returned as a full set for credit to be given. To help us serve you better, please write a brief notes on the back our your invoice to explain why your are returning the materials. Also, please indicate whether you would prefer an exchange, an account credit, or a refund. Note: Freight changes are not credited on returns.
